SUMMARY:

The present project is inserted in the context of expanding the distance learning modality in society, in particular, in the Tactical and Specialized Instruction Group, Military Organization of the Brazilian Air Force, field in which this research is being developed. From the experience of research as a pedagogue at this institution, associated with reading as a student in the Professional Master's Program in Innovation in Educational Technologies, a problem of remuneration in her professional practice arose from a pedagogical planning that considered pedagogical practices inspired by active methodologies. applied to online education. It was observed that, despite advances and research in the educational field, an instructional concept of teaching persists, focused on content transfer. This is a reality especially present in the military. Aiming to overcome this pedagogical approach, the main objective is to develop a didactic guide with active strategies, which promotes a constructionist practice, which assumes the student as a protagonist and active subject within the learning process, from the application of aspects active methodologies that develop their autonomy and critical sense.  Uses a theoretical framework composed by Kenski (2012 and 2013), which presents discussions on education and technology, Mattar (2017), Bacich & Moran (2018) and Filatro (2018) who present educational practice based on active methodologies in different contexts , Tori (2017) and Filatro (2017 and 2018), who raise the particularities of distance learning and content production for this audience. The work will be developed from a qualitative research of an applied nature, exploratory in terms of its objectives and experimental in terms of procedures. It is intended from the bibliography raised, to select active strategies that best adapt to courses in the online modality. Validation will be performed from control groups of the Tutor Preparation Course. The data will be collected from the students' perception, with the application of questionnaires and also from the experience of the researcher as tutor of the group. Such experience will be built on the planned disciplines involving active strategies as opposed to other disciplines organized in the traditional way. From this analysis, added to the theoretical framework, the expected result is a Didactic Guide, which does not intend to exhaust the subject or even the methodological possibilities, but to serve as a guide for a more innovative pedagogical practice and more active learning in the context of online education.
