SUMMARY:

The changes that occurred in society, due to the insertion of technology, enabled the formation of a new social group, whose culture, way of thinking and habits of interaction caused changes in their ways of seeking information and entertainment. With this, the knowledge of the world of this generation allows them to learn in a different way from the past generations. Going in the opposite direction, education continues with traditional teaching methods, and the learning indices related to Mathematics, strategic knowledge for the development of science, do not show any progress, indicating the failure of communication between education and society. On the other hand, some researches have shown positive results through the use of active methodologies, such as learning based on digital games, however digital games already developed for educational purposes, are considered uninteresting and therefore do not promote a meaningful learning of the contents of Mathematics . To contribute to the development of motivating learning games in the area of mathematics, this research aims to develop mathematical models that, when inserted in the narrative, mechanics and challenges of the game, provide a simultaneous learning of Geometry, Algebra and Arithmetic, of meaningful and fun way, through the development of creativity, the realization of real experiments in digital environment and the formalization of concepts, through abstractions. Furthermore, it is in the interest of this work to analyze the elements of games that favor the development of an immersive game, capable of fulfilling the proposed educational objectives. To this end, we conducted a case study in the Pharos Game, to investigate the learning potential of the models developed.
