RESUMO:

It is notorious that society has been undergoing profound and rapid changes in the technological field, affecting several areas, changing habits, social relations, making individuals in a constant process of adaptation and search for knowledge update. Given this reality, it is therefore necessary to think about how digital culture has repercussions on the continuing education of teachers. Thus, this research proposes new formats for continuing teacher education that meet the requirements of this context of education using digital technological resources. To this end, this work has as object of study the creation of a portal of organization and offering of courses, developed with assumptions of hybrid learning and teaching, considering the scenario of changes that point to a digital culture and the profile of the professionals of Education. Basic School of Rio Grande do Norte that work in state educational institutions. The intention is that they have access to courses organized and offered in hybrid format (semi-presential mode), in order to incorporate digital technological resources in the training processes, combined with presential moments and distance, thus allowing to associate the best of virtual with the best of presential. To develop the research, the methodological matrix will be qualitative, in which a technical survey and documentary procedure will be performed. As for the subjects involved in the research, they will be teachers participating in an extension course at UFRN. Through their participation in the courses that will be offered in hybrid format, we will seek to collect information to evaluate the applied practices, as well as the course format. As a data collection instrument, an electronic form will be provided to analyze participants' feedback on the format of the courses they have taken. Finally, as a field to subsidize this research, will be analyzed portals, web platforms and the formats of courses that are available for teacher training and improvement. Through this research we intend to analyze the benefits that courses in hybrid offerings can bring to this audience. Some of the features of the portal temporarily called HIBRIEDUC include: course offerings, emerging themes, course registrations, registration of new courses by users for dissemination, etc. It is hoped with this portal, keep in constant updating the knowledge and teaching practices of education professionals, in order to contribute to improving the quality of education in the state.
