RESUMO:

B-learning or Blended learning (BL) brings to get her distance and classroom learning pedagogical practices to maximize the learning experience by combining online and offline learning resources. BL has been strengthened as an active teaching methodology applied in companies, providing interactive, dynamic and personalized corporate trainning. In this context, this research intends to analyze the experience of a personalized and innovative professional trainning, guided by the hybrid teaching methodology, from the perspective of the flipped classroom, having as target audience the employees of a federal institute of education. Initially, in order to identify the state of theart of the subject in question, a systematic literature mapping (SLM) wasper formed considering the last 5 years, in which few related, but relevant, studies world wide were found. Regarding the methodological aspects, the research is characterized towards its objectives as exploratory, as it aims to provide greater familiarity with the subject. Concerning its procedures, as na action researchit can be considered as a methodology of intervention within an organization aiming to understand a reality and seeking to modify it. To meet the proposed objectives the course will be guided by the training process proposed by Chiavenato, followingthesteps: Diagnosis, Design, ImplementationandAnalysis. At the end of the course, topics related to course development, the teaching methodology employed, participant satisfaction and overall course quality will be assessed. At the end of the project it isexpectedthatthe use of BL as a methodology applied to training willhave positive results, that the course meets the expectations of participants and enables them in a personalized way for the day today work in the institution. On a largerscale, in light of these results, it is expected that the institute will adoptthe BL methodology in the institutional capacity-building programand expand the similar formatusedtoothersectorsandunits, thus meeting the principles of effectiveness and efficiency in public services.
