RESUMO:

Coding learning has been shown to be a valuable skill in the training of any professional, mainly because it is a transversal skill related to the ability to systematize, analyze and problem solving at different levels of abstraction and granularity. Full Stack Programming Teaching, which blends technologies such as front-end and back-end programming languages is a unique challenge for Health Systems Researchers, especially when it involves mastery of hundreds of technical skills that require learners' commitment and dedication to their full mastery, as it requires intense and adaptive mediation by the researcher-tutors. This tutors constantly analyze the educational results related to the domain of such skills, adjust the learning paths to enhance the performance of each student in the teaching process and learning. A learning management environment is being developed in light of the agile scrum framework, eduScrum and project-based learning (PBL). The methodology of the experiment is guided by the guidelines of Exploratory Research, Action Research, Bloom Taxonomy, Design Science Research and the research survey. The purpose of the proposed Active Learning Ecosystem is to strengthen the development of skills related to the learning paths selected by the researcher, a dashboard with individual and systemic skills for educational indicators, monitoring of the progress made by the learners according to the acquired skills and systematization of the training for the researchers in developing health systems.
