RESUMO:

Current the form of teaching, besides not being congruent with the reality of the student, proves to be insufficient for the learning desired by them, especially in Mathematics, a discipline that has a low level of learning in the initial years. The ICTs can aid the process of teaching learning in Mathematics, through the use of Learning Objects (LO). With them, it is possible to develop classes that allow students different forms of reflection, representation and collaboration to understand the subject. To achieve this goal, the teacher must rethink his teaching practice and be encouraged to participate in continuing education. Another point to consider is the practice of developing interdisciplinary activities involving IT teachers with classroom teachers. This collaborative practice has been widely discussed among researchers, however, it is noted that this is not yet the case in schools. In this context, the objective of this work is to identify strategies for integrating LOs in the teaching of mathematics in the initial years, and in order to do this, we will use the collaborative practice to construct lesson plans between computer and classroom teachers. The methodology of the work will be based on participatory research, in which, firstly, the degree of knowledge of teachers about the use of LOs in mathematics will be identified. The first stage of the research will be the identification and selection of LOs by teachers, who can support the contents of this discipline according to the National Curricular Common Base. After, in the second stage, will be the weekly collaborative practice for the construction of Mathematics lesson plans, integrated with LOs, using the OBAMA platform. Finally, in the third stage, through the observation method and field diary, will be carried out the analysis of the teacher and his dynamics in the classroom using the plans built collaboratively.
