RESUMO:

The Mobile devices are changing the way people do their jobs, making them happen anytime, anywhere. The fact that these devices are in constant improvement contributes to their popularization in the most diverse areas. Mobile learning is the field responsible for the study of mobile technologies for education. Many educational applications for these devices are being developed, however, it is critical that these resources be evaluated by the educator, as they do not always have adequate operational and / or pedagogical characteristics. In this sense, it is of utmost importance that the teacher develops his / her critical sense in the choice of these artifacts, so that the objective of the learning is reached. Thus, the objective of this work is to assist the teacher in the development of skills and competences necessary to use in an effective and creative way analyzing technological and pedagogical aspects, based on the theories of learning for mobile applications and through their personal and / or collective experimentation. For this, initially it was necessary to make a bibliographic survey on evaluation of mobile applications, then selected techniques and ratings and existing checklists. Afterwards, two applications were selected to aid in the teaching of programming logic. They are Pseudocode, VisualG and Compiler, soon after these applications were evaluated with the techniques discussed in this work. A pilot test was conducted with three students in the technology area to see if perceptions about applications would be the same for both teacher and students.The present work contributed to the identification of studies on mobile learning, in general and related to the teaching of Logic, researches on methodologies, guidelines and checklists to evaluate the usability of mobile devices and in the survey, selection and evaluation of educational applications for the teaching of Logic of Programming.
