Textiles have a wide range of use, especially those facing the technical area. Technical textiles can be found in the fields of construction, medicine, transport, sport, industrial and military. This paper deals with the technical textiles used in protective articles, specifically those used in the protective shoe used by the PRF (Federal Highway Police). After analyzing the occurrences reported by the users, it was verified why such occurrences were being verified in the analyzed material and then proposed solutions for improvement of this protective shoe.
