RESUMO:

Calcium phosphate bioceramics are a group of highly attractive materials for biomedical applications. Some of these bioceramics have special attention, they are: hydroxyapatite-Hap [Ca10 (PO4) 6 (OH) 2], which has structure and composition similar to the mineral phase of human bone (apatite) and therefore has an excellent biocompatibility, high osteoinduction enabling bone regeneration; and calcium beta triphosphate (β-TCP), which has high bioadsorption in vivo. These materials are commonly used in the form of porous grains and synthesized or porous block in different areas of health sciences such as dentistry and orthopedics. It is known that the method used for the synthesis of ceramic material strongly influences the structure of the material obtained and in the case of Hap it must be formed by nanometric grains so that its structure is as similar as possible to the biological apatite.

In this research, you can use the combustion reaction for the use of nanostructured hydroxyapatite [Ca10PO4) 6 (OH) 2] using glycine and urea as a fast and inexpensive procedure to produce Hap with DXR analysis. selects other phases for [CO (NH2) 2] as active presence of Ca2O7P7 and glycine (C2H5NO2) as fuel that is currently used in Ca2O7P2 and CaO8P2 samples. Argon gas by SEM showed an increase in grain size after sintering associated with temperature increase and grain fusion. And it is possible to visualize how the absorption bands in 1850cm-1 and 1400 cm-1 bands corresponding to the group CO2-3; between 1200 cm -1 and 800 cm -1 bands corresponding to the group PO3-4; between 700 cm -1 and 600 cm -1 corresponding to the CO2-3 group; between 550cm-1 and 500cm-1 as bands created in PO3-4. Note that for a sample of Hap synthesized with urea its distribution ranged from 14.91 nm to 10.86 µm and those averaging approximately 72.87 nm. For a glycine synthesized Hap sample, its variation size distribution ranged from 6.34 nm to 10.86 µm and those on average its next differences are approximately 57.09 nm.
