RESUMO:

Immersing in the motorsports context, the systems identification becomes a great ally
to the team efficiency, because it can extract important features from car/driver system e
then provides feedbacks to a better performance. From that principal, this work aims to
driver identification of an off-road Baja SAE vehicle. Through the partnership with the
Car-Kará Baja SAE UFRN team, it has been selected 6 different drivers in 3 different test
tracks. The data has been collected, through an industrial data logger, and analyzed in an
offline manner. From that collected data, it has been possible to analyze them statistically
as well as trying to identify the driver from different methods, such as time series models
(autoregressive and autoregressive with exogenous inputs) in series with multilayer neural
networks.
