Nesta disciplina, serão apresentados os conceitos básicos sobre o desenvolvimento do sistema nervoso central, envolvendo os fenômenos de
indução neural, regionalização, proliferação/diferenciação celular, migração neuronal, crescimento dendrítico/axonal e formação de sinapses. Os
resultados experimentais mais relevantes no campo da neurobiologia do desenvolvimento também serão discutidos em seminários, permitindo aos
alunos identificar as perguntas fundamentais do campo e as estratégias experimentais utilizadas para a busca de suas respostas. |
