SUMMARY:

Large-scale external evaluations have expanded considerably in recent years, and as a result some practices of teachers who teach mathematics have somehow suffered some kind of impact. Added to this, research involving assessment in mathematics is reduced and lacks further reflection. It should be noted that this assessment model is closely linked to the market ideology, which through standardized tests is guided in an education merely by results. This work is centered by the interfaces of the History of Mathematics Education (HEM) with emphasis in the History of the Present Time (HTP) and presents a historiography of the present time between the pedagogical practices of mathematics the external evaluation of the Permanent System of Evaluation of Basic Education of Ceará (SPAECE) in a school of basic education in the State of Ceará (CE). Thus, this whole theme is notable for the following questions:  Which mathematics teaching practices are present in this school? Do SPAECE results influence the organisation of the work of mathematics teachers? Is it possible to make the SPAECE evaluation process more comfortable for those involved? To answer these questions the general objective of this work is to make a historiographic record in present time of the relations between the pedagogical practices of teachers who teach mathematics and the SPAECE external evaluation on a large scale and as specific objectives: to analyse the mathematics teaching practices of the present time, to give visibility to these practices and to elaborate a didactic sequence as an Educational Product aimed at the evaluation process. This research has a qualitative character and, as a methodological strategy of investigation, we will make use of the bibliographical research, participative observation and semi-structured interviews. We interviewed 3 (three) teachers who teach mathematics at this school. As a result of this historiographic record, presence of an intense agenda of external assessments on a large scale within the school and that this model is culturally established, and that the main teaching tool for preparing students for these assessments is to simulate previous exams, and that although the external evaluation favors a direction, it ends up inducing teachers to develop a mathematics curriculum that is aligned to the matrices of this assessment, in addition to holding these agents responsible for the success and/or failure generating a "climate of tension", still in view of this record we realize that many of the practices are reproduced hereditarily. One of the requirements for those who make Professional Master is the development of an Educational Product (EP), we chose to develop a Teaching Sequence (DS) on equations of the second degree containing 8 lessons of 50 minutes each, having as initial target audience students of the 9th grade of primary schools, in its methodology we focused on some interactive activities.
