RESUMO:

The objective of this research was to investigate the ethnomathematical knowledge of the weavers of sleeping nets of the municipality of Jaguaruana - CE highlighting the main stages of the creation of a sleeping net, manufacturing and commercialization management and structure the oral reports of the craftsmen in agreement with the (BNCC), through the elaboration of a booklet focused on Basic Education that focuses on the reports of the ethnomathematical knowledge of the weavers used in weaving, materializing reflexive introductory texts and tasks of objects of the mathematical knowledge for the classroom and is based on the didactic methodological conduction of the principles of sociocultural theory of learning of objectification. It is a qualitative research, with an ethnographic approach, centered on D'Ambrosio's (2011) Ethnomathematics conception and Radford's Theory of Objectification (2006). Starting from the account of some weavers, we perceive the richness of situations that can be built and inserted in the educational context through tasks according to some abilities of the five Thematic Units of the BNCC. Thus, the wealth of mathematical knowledge derived from this work that can be intertwined with school mathematics and the relevance of the school to respect the elements of the students' cultural context is
