RESUMO:

This work was evaluated chemical fluids injection (surfactant solution and micromeulsão) in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) with the Ultramina NP200 as surfactant. The microemulsionados systems are composed by: NP200 Ultramina; n-Butanol; kerosene and tap water. Microemulsionados systems (SM) were characterized by measurements of particle size, surface tension, interfacial tension and viscosity. In EOR tests the influence of surfactant concentration injected, the interfacial and surface tension, and viscosity influence on crude oil recovery (29° API). The amount of fluid chemical injected in EOR was also evaluated. The use of Ultramina solution NP200 managed to increase the capacity of oil displacement with respect to brine injection. However, the solution of surfactant, despite the high concentration (25% w/w), obtained lower performance compared to microemulsion, even when the concentration of active substance is low (1.0% m/m). It was observed that the recovery factor increased with increasing surfactant concentration in microemulsion, however this growth was significant for the injection of SM with up to 6% (m/m) of surfactant, 21.2% of oil recovery in place by advanced method (% OOIPA). Continuous injection (3Vp) of microemulsion is unnecessary to increase the displacement of oil. It is possible to achieve satisfactory results of %OOIPA injecting fewer microemulsion, followed by brine injection. But when the amount of fluid injected increases and your volume decreases oil production capacity decreases continuously. Evaluation tests of injection flow was observed that recovery test with lower injection flow rate (0.5 mL/min) obtained the greatest end result of oil recovery in place due to increased fluid oil contact providing higher miscibility this phases. The use of the microemulsion systems with 6% tensaotivo (SM4) with flow rate of 0.5 mL/min, it's oil recovery in place of 24.1% (% OOIPA) and full recovery of 77.2% (% OOIPT).
